About Me
I'm Chad Heller, husband, dad, experience enthusiast, and someone who has spent much of his career pursuing what I believe is one of the most important questions in business:
Do people feel like they matter?
Long before I was helping organizations improve client and team experiences, I was fascinated by people. What makes someone remain loyal to a company? Why do some teams thrive while others struggle? Why do certain organizations leave a lasting impression while others are quickly forgotten?
Over the years, I've learned the answer is rarely found in a product, process, or policy. More often, it's found in how people are treated.
I grew up in a family business where relationships came first. I was taught that people should be treated with dignity, that trust is earned over time, and that small moments often leave the biggest impression. Those lessons shaped how I view leadership, service, and business, and they continue to guide my work today.
When I'm not partnering with organizations, you'll usually find me spending time with my wife, Amanda, and our three children, Hazel, Wyatt, and Grant. Whether it's a sporting event, a school activity, a family project around the house, or simply enjoying time together, family is where I find perspective, purpose, and balance.
I'm also the guy who notices the details others often overlook. The way a receptionist welcomes a visitor. The feeling someone walks away with after a difficult conversation. The follow-up call that never happens. The handwritten note. The missed opportunity. The countless small interactions that quietly shape an organization's culture and reputation.
Those moments matter because people remember them.
That belief eventually led to the creation of Insignis.
I started Insignis because I saw too many organizations trying to compete on the same things: price, products, services, and features. The challenge is that competitors can match price, copy products, and eventually replicate services.
What cannot be easily duplicated is the experience people have with your organization.
Many leaders genuinely care about their clients, teammates, and culture. They want to stand apart, but they often don't know where to begin. They lack the time, structure, or strategy needed to intentionally create an experience that is uniquely theirs and consistently reflects who they are.
Insignis was created to help organizations move beyond competing on what they sell and start differentiating themselves through how they make people feel. Because when people feel valued, cared for, and connected, relationships deepen, loyalty grows, and organizations become far more difficult to forget.
My passion is helping organizations close that gap.
Not through gimmicks.
Not through scripted service programs.
Not through motivational speeches that create excitement for a week and disappear by the next month.
Instead, by helping leaders build cultures, systems, habits, and experiences that make people feel genuinely valued, respected, and cared for.
Because when people feel like they matter, organizations become more than a place to work or a business to buy from.
They become places where people want to belong.

At the foundation of my work is my Christian faith and the belief that every person is created in the image of God with inherent worth, dignity, and purpose.
That conviction shapes how I lead, serve, and partner with organizations. It challenges me to look beyond transactions, metrics, and processes and instead see the people behind them.
I believe leadership is ultimately about stewardship. It's about caring for people, serving others well, and creating environments where individuals can thrive. When organizations embrace that mindset, they don't just achieve better results. They create stronger relationships, healthier cultures, and a lasting impact on the lives of the people they serve.

Why Insignis
What Does insignis mean?
Insignis is a Latin word commonly translated as distinguished, remarkable, notable, or marked for excellence.
That meaning reflects the mission of the organization.
We believe every organization has a choice:
Remain ordinary and blend into the crowd.
Or intentionally create experiences that make people feel valued, build stronger relationships, and become genuinely difficult to forget.
Insignis exists to help organizations make that choice.
